Member Health Update Is Now Online – Please Update Your Status

Heart with pulse line and shield: Black Hackle Club member health updateDear all Black Hackle Club members,

We are pleased to announce that BHC has launched an online system to keep track of your health. If you are in good health with no symptoms at all, that is wonderful news. Otherwise, please fill in our short form and simply state your current condition. If you have difficulty signing in, please ask your children, a neighbour or a close relative to help you.

Three steps: enter your IC, state your condition, submit
It takes only a few minutes.

Please take note – this is important

One of the key objectives of BHC is to look after the wellbeing and welfare of our members. That is why we want to know how you are doing and to monitor your health. Your health information can also be accessed directly by the officers in charge at the Urusetia RRD.

We are equally concerned about your membership validity. Members whose membership has lapsed will not be eligible for the bereavement insurance coverage provided to members. Please make sure your membership is up to date.

Your privacy comes first

BHC is committed to data privacy. Your personal details are kept strictly confidential and are only collected with your consent.

How to sign in

Open the health update page and enter your IC number (12 digits, no dash), the last 4 digits of your phone number or your service number (for example, service number 410637 → enter 0637), and answer the simple security question shown on the page. Then press Continue. The page is in English by default, and you can switch to Bahasa Malaysia (BM) using the EN / BM button at the top right for easier understanding.
