Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Monday, 11 August 2025. The second Black Hackle Club Committee Meeting for the year 2025 was held at the Rizs Protection Sdn Bhd Meeting Room, Taman Sri Rampai. The meeting was attended by the majority of the committee members, while a few were unable to be physically present due to certain issues but managed to join online.
The meeting began with welcoming remarks by Brig Jen (Rtd) Dato’ Nazrul Edgar, who chaired the session, followed by greetings from BHC Advisor, Lt Jen (Rtd) Datuk Muhamad Effendi. The meeting started at 10:15 a.m. and concluded at 1:25 p.m.
Among the matters presented and discussed were the review and confirmation of the minutes from the previous committee meeting, matters arising, and presentations of activities that had been carried out.
New proposals were also put forward regarding amendments to the constitution, particularly in the area of welfare activities/contributions to members, the organisation of the 2025 annual general meeting, the online membership system, and many other related matters.
The BHC Committee took the opportunity to express their utmost thanks and highest appreciation to Rizs Protection Sdn Bhd through Kapt (Rtd) Hissharizal for sponsoring breakfast and lunch at Restoran Vanggey and for providing the venue to hold this committee meeting.
It is hoped that all plans and decisions made in this meeting can be implemented with the support, assistance, and cooperation of all committee members and members of the Black Hackle Club.
