c. Venue : Auditorium FINAS, Jalan Ulu Kelang, Kuala Lumpur
d. Breakfast / Registration: 0730 – 0845
e. Conduct of AGM : 0900 – 1220
f. Lunch : 1230 – 1400
2. The Agenda (flow) of the meeting is as follows:
a. Meeting Called to Order
– Singing of National Anthem – 0900 – 0910
– Singing of Agi Idup Agi Ngeleban
b. Opening Address – 0910 – 0930
c. Confirmation of Minutes of AGM 1/24 – 0930 – 0940
d. Addressing matters arising from Minutes of AGM 1/24 – 0940 – 1000
e. Presentation and adopting of Treasurer’s Report – 1000 – 1015
f. Presentation of Constitution in accordance with ROS – 1015 – 1030
g. Presentation and adopting the Report for year 2025 – 1030 – 1045
h. Election of Committee Members Term (2025 – 2027) – 1045 – 1115
j. Introduction of New Committee Line up – 1115 – 1125
h. Matters raised (or to be raised) by Members – 1125 – 1200
i. Closing Remarks – 1200 – 1210
j. Contingency – 1210 – 1220
3. In anticipation of the AGM, all members please be advised of the following:
a. Minutes of AGM 1/24 and copy of Constitution and By-Laws would be distributed to all Members before 06 Nov 25.
b. Should there be any queries, issues or observations that require a deliberate response, please forward them to the President before 12 Nov 25.
4. Please note the present elected Committee tenure would expire as such this AGM also serves as an election for the next incoming Committee. All members are advised to attend and oaer resounding endorsement to the new incoming Committee.
5. This meeting would provide members of an update of BHC activities and would serve as a good platform to air, share, discuss future strategies, ideas and other critical matters related to the club.
6. The success of this AGM would very much depend on your kind attendance. Your presence is very much wanting, pivotal, as this would permit productive and quality discussions to ensure our club’s direction is aligned with our collective goals.
